توضیحات شغلی
این فرد مسئول و پاسخگو خواهد بود تا مدیریت کلی جنبه های مدنی اجرای نیروگاه های خورشیدی برای نیروگاه های خورشیدی از جمله:

<برنامه ریزی و برنامه ریزی پروژه. ساختمانها ، طرح ریزی ، شلاق زدن ، زهکشی ، جاده ها و سایر آثار.
+ آماده سازی BOQ برای کلیه نقشه های مربوط به مدنی برای تجزیه و تحلیل حجم کار و هزینه های مرتبط با آن. مشکلات برای تأمین برنامه پروژه و بودجه پروژه.
+ اطمینان از مطابقت کار با دامنه کار تعریف شده در قرارداد ، برنامه پروژه و مشخصات.
+ ایجاد و مدیریت برنامه های شغلی با مدیر پروژه برای شامل توسعه پایه ، بارگیری هزینه ، وضعیت برنامه ریزی و برنامه ریزی برنامه ریزی. برای همه پیمانکاران.
+ اهداف روزانه را برای پیمانکاران فرعی طبق برنامه های زمانی پروژه تعیین کنید. مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی عمران.
- حداقل 5 سال تجربه با درک گسترده و عمیق از توسعه انرژی تجدید پذیر و ساخت و سازهای تجدید پذیر.
- درک خوب و دانش از کار ساخت و ساز مدنی.
- مهارت های ارتباطی انگلیسی قوی (هر دو مهارت های تحلیلی و نوشتاری).
مهارت های تفکر و پیشرفته.

This is a project-based position and requires travel and residential relocations based on the project.

This individual will be responsible and accountable for the overall management of all civil aspects of project execution for solar power plants, including but not limited to:

• Project construction planning and scheduling.
• Responsible for the construction of the entire civil work as per SOP.
• Manage the construction of all types of civil foundations, buildings, piling, ramming, drainage, roads, and other works.
• Prepare BOQ for all civil-related drawings to analyze the volume of work and related costs.
• Prepare a detailed scope of work as per the civil construction drawings.
• Handle the responsibility of providing technical guidance to site staff.
• Review daily subcontractor construction reports and progress as per the scheduled timelines.
• Identify and solve problems to meet the project schedule and project budget.
• Ensure work conforms to the Scope of work defined in the contract, project plan, and specifications.
• Create and manage job schedules with the project manager to include baseline development, cost loading, schedule status, and schedule forecast.
• Supervise civil work and issue and closure of final punch points in accordance with the commissioning and quality control plan.
• Plan manpower mobilization and demobilization activities for all the contractors.
• Set the daily targets for the subcontractors as per project timelines.
• Analyze the progress and prepare action plans in accordance with the project timelines.
• Prepare the resources and machinery plans required for the civil construction work.
• Prepare a daily activities report.
• Develop the method statement for civil work and support the safety officer with risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience with a broad and deep understanding of renewable energy development and construction.
• Good understanding and knowledge of civil construction work.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be effective in on-site work environments.
• Effective project management skills.
