Establishing effective and long-term business relationships with key customers (distributors, key pharmacies, and hospitals).
Leading and managing the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Pharma Reps team.
Monitoring the progress of subordinates through weekly reports.
Analyzing received reports.
Reviewing and analyzing distributor requests.
Creating a communication bridge between suppliers and distributors.
Monitoring sales, inventory, and drug supply across all distributors.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and financial skills.
Leadership and crisis management skills.
Excellent communication and technical skills.
Problem-solving, negotiation, creativity, and organizational skills.
High motivation and energy, with the ability to maintain morale for oneself and team members in challenging situations.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to travel on assignments outside of Tehran.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
