Right now, we are hiring a motivated, data-driven, and proactive senior digital marketing specialist. In this role, you are going to manage all Tara digital marketing activities including performance-driven advertisement, display ads, online marketing campaigns, as well as monitoring all digital touchpoints and generating related dashboards and reports. This job requires taking actions on a daily basis, like starting and monitoring digital marketing activities, keeping contacts with our advertisement partners, monitoring business KPIs and investigating anomalies in trends, in regards with our performance targets.
Here below are some of this role’s responsibilities:
Manage all Tara’s digital advertisement activities and ongoing digital marketing campaigns to better initiate, execute, and monitor progress
Define outbound and inbound digital marketing activities, exploiting available resources and budget while suggesting new channels
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaborations with other teams to achieve business targets
Oversee and maintain Tara’s digital presence through all touchpoints to optimize performance based on data analysis
Discover and optimize customer journeys to plan and execute marketing automation activities
Generate monitoring dashboards to keep track of business every day trends and generate reports
Create trackable URLs, effective call to actions, web/app tags and events, as well as working with performance and analytical tools
Collaborate with other marketing teams like content and design for in time delivery of all requirements
Establish productive partnerships with Tara merchants to plan and execute co-branding activities
Monitor paid, earned, shared, and owned digital channels to optimize conversion rates and increase return on ads spent

Expertise in digital advertisement platforms and panels
Broad skill in using tracking and analytics tools
Working knowledge in digital performance optimization
Previous experience with marketing automation tools
