مدیر ارشد حسابرسی داخلی | Internal Audit Senior Manager

شرح شغل:

• کمک و راهنمایی به مدیران زیر مجموعه جهت دستیابی موثر به اهداف.
• مدیریت دپارتمان جهت استفاده درست و موثر از منابع.
• مشارمت در کمیته‌های مرتبط با دپارتمان‌های مختلف.
• برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و بازبینی موارد مرتبط با دپارتمان حسابرسی داخلی.
• ارائه گزارشات پیشنهادی به واحدهای مختلف جهت افزایش بهره‌وری.
• بازبینی نقاط ضعف و قوت دپارتمان‌ها جهت توسعه‌های مورد نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا دکتری در رشته‌های مدیریت مالی یا حسابداری.
• مهارت زبان انگلیسی در هر چهار مهارت اصلی.
• مدارک استاندارد حسابداری یا حسابرسی حرفه‌ای.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• مهارت مدیریت زمان جهت مدیریت اولویت‌ها و انجام چندین کار به صورت همزمان.
• مهارت در تحلیل داده.

• Guide and help internal audit managers and assistant managers to ensure the accomplishment of their objectives and daily tasks most effectively and efficiently.
• Manage the departmental team to utilize the resources efficiently and economically as per the approved audit plan.
• Participate in various committees/teams relating to different departments in order to support the development of new policies/procedures and bring improvements in the operations.
• Individual IA assignments planning, executing, supervising, and reviewing financial/operational internal audit assignments.
• Make written recommendations to process owners to increase the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the control systems of functions reviewed.
• Review the control weaknesses and suggest the required improvements.

Requirements:

• PhD or a Master’s degree in Accounting, or Auditing.
• Excellent English skills in writing, reading, listening, and speaking
• Professional certification in accounting or auditing e.g. CPA/CIA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management skills by understanding the importance of multiple-task management.
• Excellent data analytical skills.
