شرح شغل:

• بازاریابی پروژه‌های ساختمانی جهت تحقق اهداف فروش منطقه و مشتریان کلیدی.
• پیگیری وضعیت پروژه‌ها جهت رشد شبکه فروش.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات مرتبط با فروش و گزارشات عملکردی.
• پایش وضعیت بازار و رقبا.
• حفظ و توسعه روابط بلندمدت با مشتریان و شناسایی فرصت‌های ایجاد روابط جدید در میان مشتریان.
• ارائه راه‌حل به مشتریان کلیدی (با توجه به سیاست‌های شرکت) و حصول اطمینان از برآورده شدن نیازها و انتظارات آن‌ها.

Job Description: - Marketing of construction projects to achieve sales goals of the region and key customers - Follow up on the status of projects to grow the sales network - Preparation and presentation of reports related to sales and performance reports - Monitoring Market situation and competitors
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to create new relationships among customers
- Providing solutions to key customers (according to company policies) and ensuring that needs are met and their expectations
