شرکت ایوان فناوری و نوآوری افرا، پس از انجام مطالعات اولیه در خصوص سیستم‌های ذخیره‌ساز انرژی (ESS)، به دنبال جذب یک کارشناس متخصص در حوزه مهندسی برق است. همکار جدید در کنار تیم مطالعات بازار، به تدقیق شاخص‌های فنی نیاز مشتریان برق در سطوح مختلف مصرف انرژی (خانگی/تجاری/صنعتی) پرداخته و به انتخاب بهترین راهکار برای ذخیره‌سازی انرژی الکتریکی (با تمرکز بر سیستم‌‌های باتری لیتیومی - BESS) کمک خواهد کرد. این گام، مقدمه یک همکاری هم‌افزا و بلندمدت خواهد بود.

مسئولیت‌ها
- نیازسنجی فنی مصرف برق در سطوح مختلف انرژی (خانگی/تجاری/صنعتی)
- تعریف نیازمندی‌های فنی و تدوین RFP و چک‌لیست‌های ارزیابی
- شناسایی پارامترهای تأثیرگذار فنی در انتخاب ذخیره‌ساز باتری برای انواع سطوح انرژی
- شناخت کامل اجزاء سیستم ذخیره‌ساز باتری (سلول، ماژول، اینورتر، مدیریت باتری، تبدیل توان، ایمنی و ...)
- تحلیل داده‌های فنی سیستم BESS (دیتاشیت/گزارش تست/اطلاعات بهره‌برداری) و استخراج شاخص‌های عملکرد
- تهیه گزارش فنی و ارائه پیشنهادهای اجرایی برای بهبود کارایی سیستم ذخیره‌ساز انرژی
- هماهنگی با تامین‌کنندگان سیستم باتری برای رفع ابهام‌های فنی و مقایسه گزینه‌ها
- همکاری با دیسیپلین‌های مختلف مهندسی درگیر در طراحی سیستم ذخیره‌ساز انرژی
- همکاری در تهیه ورودی‌های فنی مورد نیاز برای برآوردهای فنی اقتصادی در مطالعات امکان‌سنجی

شایستگی‌ها
- مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در مهندسی برق (ترجیحاً قدرت/انرژی/کنترل) یا رشته‌های مرتبط
- آشنایی با سیستم انتقال و توزیع برق در سطح مصرف‌کنندگان نهایی
- آشنایی با سیستم‌های ذخیره‌ساز انرژی، الزامات بهره‌برداری و ایمنی باتری امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
- توانایی تحلیل داده (Excel حرفه‌ای) و تهیه گزارش دقیق (Word حرفه‌ای)
- ذهن ساختارمند و الگوریتم‌پذیر (آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای برنامه نویسی نظیر Python/MATLAB مزیت است)
- تسلط به زبان انگلیسی در حد بالا (خواندن دیتاشیت/مستندات فنی و مکاتبات پایه)
- روحیه کار تیمی، مدیریت زمان، سازگاری با تغییرات، تاب‌آوری و مسئولیت‌پذیری
- علاقه‌مندی به همکاری بلندمدت و رشد در مسیر پروژه‌های آینده مجموعه
- محدوده سنی ایده‌آل: 25 تا 35 سال

Recruitment notice for an Energy Storage System expert

Evan Technology and Afra Innovation Company, after conducting preliminary studies on Energy Storage Systems (ESS), is looking to recruit an expert in the field of electrical engineering. The new colleague, along with the market research team, will check the technical indicators of electricity customers' needs at different levels of energy consumption (domestic/commercial/industrial) and will help to choose the best solution for electric energy storage (with a focus on lithium battery systems - BESS). This step will be the introduction of a synergistic and long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities
- Technical needs assessment of electricity consumption at different energy levels (domestic/commercial/industrial)
- Definition of technical requirements and formulation of RFP and evaluation checklists
- Identification of technical influencing parameters in the selection of battery storage for various energy levels
- Complete understanding of battery storage system components (cell, module, inverter, battery management, power conversion, safety, etc.)
- Analysis BESS system technical data (datasheet/test report/operational information) and extraction of performance indicators
- preparation of technical report and presentation of implementation suggestions to improve the efficiency of energy storage system
- coordination with battery system suppliers to resolve technical uncertainties and compare options
- cooperation with different engineering disciplines involved in energy storage system design
- cooperation in preparation of technical inputs required for technical and economic estimates in feasibility studies

Competence - Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering (preferably power/energy/control) or related fields.
- High command of English language (reading datasheets/technical documents and basic correspondence)
- Team work spirit, time management, adaptability to changes, resilience and responsibility
