مهندس MLOps | MLOps Engineer

شرح وظایف:

• طراحی، توسعه و مدیریت پایپ‌لاین‌های CI/CD برای مدل‌های یادگیری ماشین.
• استقرار، مانیتورینگ و بهینه‌سازی مدل‌های یادگیری ماشین در محیط‌های Production.
• کار با Docker ،Kubernetes و ابزارهای اورکستراسیون جهت مدیریت کانتینرها و منابع.
• بهینه‌سازی عملکرد مدل‌ها و مدیریت منابع محاسباتی.
• توسعه و پیاده‌سازی MLOps Best Practices برای بهبود بهره‌وری تیم Data Science.
• مدیریت Feature Store و پردازش داده‌ها برای استقرار مدل‌ها.
• بررسی، لاگ‌گیری و مانیتورینگ مدل‌ها جهت شناسایی درفت مدل و بهبود آن.
• همکاری نزدیک با سایر تیم‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه عملی در استقرار مدل‌های یادگیری ماشین و مدیریت چرخه عمر ML.
• مسلط به Python و کتابخانه‌های مربوط به ML.
• آشنایی با Docker ،Kubernetes ،MLflow ،Airflow و ابزارهای مشابه.
• تجربه در پیاده‌سازی CI/CD برای ML و کار با Git یا ابزارهای مشابه.
• مهارت در مانیتورینگ مدل‌ها و ابزارهایی مانند Prometheus و Grafana.
• درک قوی از Data Engineering، پردازش داده‌ها و Feature Engineering.

مهارت‌های امتیازی:

• تجربه در توزیع مدل‌ها با Kubernetes و Kubeflow.
• آشنایی با Apache Spark و Big Data Processing.
• تجربه در بهینه‌سازی GPU/TPU و پردازش مدل‌های سنگین.

Tasks:
Design, Development and Management of CI/CD Pipelines for Machine Learning Models.
Monitoring, Monitoring and Optimization of Machine Learning Models in Production Environment.
Working with Docker, Kubernetes and Orcostasi tools for managing containers and resources. Practices to improve the productivity of the Data Science team.
Manage the Feature Store and data processing for the deployment of models.
Review, logging and monitoring models to identify and improve the model of model.

Conditions:
Practical experience in deploying machine learning models and managing the mly. ML.
Get acquainted with Docker, Kubernetes, Mollow, Airflow and similar tools.
Experience in implementing CI/CD for ML and working with GIT or similar tools.
Skills in monitoring models and tools such as prometheus and Grafana. Engineering.
Score Skills:
Experience in distributing models with Kubernetes and Kubeflow.
Getting acquainted with Apache Spark and Big Data Processing.
Experience in GPU/TPU optimization and heavy models processing.
