گروه صنایع بسته بندی به بند با تجربه و پیشینه سه دهه‌ای خود در صنعت بسته بندی فعالیت خود را در زمینه تولید تسمه‌های بسته‌بندی پلیمری، فیلم استرچ و همچنین عرضه انواع دستگاه و تجهیزات بسته بندی متمرکز نموده است. در طی این سال‌ها به شکل تخصصی و با رویکرد علمی، به توسعه این سازمان پرداخته شده‌است؛ به طوری‌که هم اکنون با بیش از 100 سرمایه‌ی انسانی مجرب و چند برند تخصصی و چند دفتر و کارخانه در چند منطقه از کشور در حال فعالیت است.

مسئولیت ها:
- توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی
- پیاده‌سازی ارزش‌های شرکت در تمام پرسنل شرکت
- نظم‌دهی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های مدرن در واحد منابع انسانی
- مدیریت فرایند جذب و استخدام، از آگهی‌های شغلی تا مصاحبه‌ها و پیشنهادات شغلی
- برقراری همکاری نزدیک با مدیران تیم‌ها برای شناسایی نیازهای نیروی انسانی و افزایش بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی
- حصول اطمینان از انجام صحیح و به موقع فرایندهای اداری و کارگزینی و نظم سازمانی و اطمینان از تطابق با قوانین و مقررات کار
- توسعه برنامه‌های افزایش مهارت کارکنان
- اجرای سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد برای شرکت


شایستگی ها:
- حداقل مدرک لیسانس در رشته‌های مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع، روانشناسی صنعتی سازمانی و دیگر رشته‌های مرتبط
- حداقل 7 سال تجربه کاری منابع انسانی در شرکت‌های خصوصی
- علاقه به فرهنگ تولید
- شناخت سیستم‌ها و ابزارهای منابع انسانی و علم نوین منابع انسانی
- توانایی مدیریت واحد منابع انسانی

Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of human resources management strategies - Implementation of company values in all company personnel Human resources
- Management of the recruitment and hiring process, from job ads to interviews and job offers
- Establishing close cooperation with team managers to identify manpower needs and increase manpower productivity
- Ensuring the correct and timely execution of administrative and recruitment processes and organizational order and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Developing employee skill enhancement programs
- Implementing a performance evaluation system for the company
Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Industrial Psychology and other related fields
- At least 7 years of human resources work experience in private companies
- Interest in production culture
- Knowledge of human resources systems and tools and the modern science of human resources
- Ability to manage the human resources unit
