Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, insightful, and execution-focused Brand Manager to shape, build, and scale the company’s brand presence across all touchpoints. You will work directly with the CMO to define and evolve the brand's positioning, voice, and narrative. You’ll also act as the connective tissue across marketing functions, ensuring brand consistency and integration across projects, campaigns, and digital efforts.
Key Responsibilities
-Brand Strategy & Development
- Co-own brand strategy with the CMO, ensuring clear positioning, differentiation, and emotional relevance in the market.
- Translate brand strategy into brand guidelines, tone of voice documents, messaging architecture, and campaign briefs.
- Conduct regular brand audits and lead the evolution of brand identity and communication style.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure brand alignment in product rollouts, initiatives, and launches.
- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to align paid and owned media campaigns with brand narratives and user journeys.
- Work closely with SEO Manager to embed brand voice in organic content strategy while balancing performance needs.
Campaign Development & Creative Oversight
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns (digital, OOH, experiential, etc.)—from ideation to launch to measurement.
- Brief and coordinate with design, content, and creative teams (in-house or agency) to ensure brand fidelity.
- Act as brand guardian across all communication channels—ensuring clarity, consistency, and emotional impact.
Research & Insights
- Conduct market, audience, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign themes.
- Analyze brand health metrics and support the CMO in developing and presenting brand performance reports.
