We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead our product team. This role is crucial for shaping our gaming experiences and ensuring that our products align with user needs, market trends, and Panco’s mission. The Product Owner will work closely with development teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to define product strategies and drive successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Product Design team to create engaging, user-centric gaming experiences.
- Develop and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and customer support) to ensure seamless product development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and game trends.
- Define clear product requirements and communicate the product vision effectively across teams.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize game features and enhance player engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high quality standards.
- Champion Panco’s mission and values in all product decisions and foster a collaborative, creative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Game Design, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role—ideally in the gaming or tech industry.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum).
- Hands-on experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar).
- Familiarity with game design principles and understanding of user-centered design.
- Basic understanding of data analytics tools for informed decision-making.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire the design team.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable tasks.
