مدیر تولید | Production Manager

• مشارکت و نظارت بر اجرای قوانین، مقرارت و دستورالعمل‌های تولید.
• سازماندهی، برنامه‌ریزی، کنترل و نظارت و ایجاد هماهنگی بین واحد تحت سرپرستی.
• نظارت و کنترل بر اجرای عملیات تولید، مونتاژ و بسته‌بندی محصولات به منظور حصول اطمینان از تطبیق آن‌ها با هدف‌ها و برنامه‌های تعیین شده.
• مشارکت بر اجرای بر Layout و چیدمان مناسب خطوط، تجهیزات، مواد اولیه و محصولات به منظور حصول اطمینان از تطبیق آن‌ها.
• بررسی میزان پیشرفت عملکرد قسمت‌های مختلف و مقایسه آن با برنامه‌های مصوب و تهیه و تنظیم گزارش‌های لازم در مورد علل انحراف از برنامه‌های مربوطه (بهره‌وری، OEE، کارایی و غیره).
• اتخاذ تدابیر لازم به منظور بالابردن سطح کیفیت و کمیت محصولات و تقلیل هزینه مواد اولیه، ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات تولید.
• مشارکت در انجام اقدامات مربوط به ظرفیت‌سنجی دستگاه‌ها، علل توقف ماشین‌آلات و بهبود روش‌های تولید.
• نظارت و کنترل بر انجام اقدامات مربوط به تدوین استانداردهای فرآیند تولید از نظر مواد مصرفی، روش‌ها و مستندات.
• نظارت و کنترل بر کنترل موجودی خطوط تولید و ارائه گزارش موجودی پای خطوط به واحدهای مرتبط.
• نظارت و کنترل بر انجام فرآیندهای صحه گذاری تستر و راه‌اندازی خطوط.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح فرآیند ردیابی و شناسایی محصولات بتفکیک مواد اولیه حین فرآیند و محصولات مطابق با دستورالعمل.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکاترونیک، مهندسی الکترونیک، مهندسی مکانیک یا مهندسی صنایع.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه. 
• آشنایی با مدارک SQA ،PPAP ،Servo Plan.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس. 
• مسلط به همکاران سیستم.
• آشنایی با برنامه‌ریزی و تولید.
• آشنایی با انجام تکنیک‌های کنترل کیفیت و کنترل فرایند آماری (SPC ،MSA ،SQFE).
• آشنایی با کارکرد کلیه ماشین‌آلات مونتاژ، خطوط SMT، تسترها و جت پرینتر.
• آشنایی با فرآیند وتکنولوژی تولید قطعات مکانیکی، الکترونیکی و مکاترونیکی.
• مسلط به پارامترهای کیفی محصول خروجی از ماشین‌آلات.
• آشنایی با کالیبراسیون تجهیزات موثر بر کیفیت محصول.

• Participate and supervise the implementation of laws, regulations and production instructions.
• Organize, plan, control, supervise and coordinate between the supervised unit.
• Participate and supervise the implementation of production, assembly, and packaging operations of products to ensure their compliance with the established goals and plans.
• Participate in the implementation of the appropriate layout and arrangement of lines, equipment, raw materials, and products in order to ensure their compliance.
• Review the progress of the performance of various parts and compare it with the approved plans and prepare the necessary reports on the causes of deviations from the relevant plans (productivity, OEE, efficiency, etc.).
• Take the necessary measures to increase the quality and quantity of products and reduce the cost of raw materials, machinery, and production equipment.
• Participation in carrying out measures related to the capacity measurement of devices, the causes of machine downtime, and improving production methods.
• Supervise the implementation of measures related to the development of production process standards in terms of consumables, methods, and documentation.
• Monitor and control the inventory control of production lines and provide inventory reports at the end of the lines to related units.
• Monitor and control the implementation of tester validation processes and line setup.
• Monitor the correct implementation of the product tracking and identification process by separating raw materials during the process and products in accordance with the instructions.

Requirements:

• A degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least five years of work experience in a similar job position.
• Familiarity with SQA, PPAP, and Servo Plan documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in system colleagues.
• Familiarity with planning and production.
• Familiarity with performing quality control techniques and statistical process control (SPC, MSA, SQFE).
• Familiarity with the process and technology of producing mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic parts.
• Proficient in the quality parameters of the product output from the machines.
• Familiarity with the calibration of equipment affecting product quality.
