About the Role:
Our Digital Marketing Team is looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager who thrives in collaborative environments and keeps pace with fast-changing digital trends.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong English copywriting, visual storytelling, and AI-powered content creation with strategic thinking and execution. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, creating engaging content, and turning insights into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Write high-quality, engaging content and captions in English (very important)
- Create visual and video assets using AI tools and design platforms (raw footage will be provided)
- Manage and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Metricool, Hootsuite)
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and growth
- Prepare clear performance reports and insights for management
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and influencer teams in fast-paced environments
- Stay up to date with content trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent English (mandatory) – all projects and communications are in English
- Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
- Proven experience in social media management and online public relations
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of content trends, formats, and algorithms across:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Proficient in Canva (must-have), Cap Cut, and other visual/video editing tools
- Experience using scheduling and management platforms such as:
- Metricool
- Hootsuite
- Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social
- Comfortable working with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, SocialBlade, etc.)
- Experience working with task-oriented platforms and managing multiple workflows
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple brands or clients
AI & Creative Tools (Strong Advantage)
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools such as:
- RunwayML
- Hedra
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Ability to use AI for content ideation, asset creation, automation, and workflow optimization
