We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with hands-on experience in B2B FinTech to lead the development, optimization, and management of our technology-driven financial products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business, and operations, with full ownership of the product roadmap for services delivered to business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full product lifecycle – from discovery and planning to implementation and continuous improvement
- Analyze the needs of B2B clients and translate them into well-defined technical features
- Design and document detailed product specs, workflows, and API definitions
- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features
- Prioritize the product backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning and grooming
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product rollout
- Monitor product KPIs, usage data, and feedback to drive product improvements
- Ensure products comply with FinTech regulations and standards (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, etc.)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS
- Solid technical understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Strong analytical skills and technical documentation capabilities
