شرح شغل:

• مدیریت فرآیند استخدام و جذب نیروی انسانی جدید از ابتدا تا انتها.
• تحلیل و بهبود فرآیندهای منابع انسانی به منظور افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی.
• همکاری با مدیران بخش‌های مختلف برای شناسایی نیازهای منابع انسانی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.
• تهیه و تنظیم قراردادهای کاری و مدیریت مستندات مرتبط با نیروی انسانی.
• برگزاری و سازماندهی جلسات آموزشی و توسعه‌ای برای کارکنان.
• مشاوره و راهنمایی به کارکنان در زمینه مسائل کاری و شخصی مربوط به شغلشان.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط و سابقه مدیریت فرآیندهای استخدام و جذب.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات کار و استخدام.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و توان مذاکره بالا.
• مهارت در کار با نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با منابع انسانی.
• مهارت حل مسئله و توانایی مدیریت پروژه.
• مقاطع لیسانس، فوق لیسانس و دکتری در رشته های مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتارسازمانی، توسعه منابع انسانی، روانشناسی صنعتی، مدیریت بازرگانی و مهندسی صنایع
