شرح وظایف و مسئولیتها:
- مدیریت واردات کالا، قطعات و مواد اولیه
- برنامهریزی، کنترل و بهینهسازی فرآیندهای سفارشگذاری خارجی، حملونقل بینالمللی و ترخیص
- مدیریت لجستیک، انبارداری و کنترل موجودی با رویکرد کاهش هزینه و افزایش بهرهوری
- مذاکره، ارزیابی و توسعه تأمینکنندگان و شرکای خارجی
- تعریف، پایش و گزارشدهی شاخصهای عملکرد (KPI) زنجیره تأمین
- ارائه گزارشهای مدیریتی و تحلیلی به مدیریت ارشد
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه زنجیره تأمین، واردات و بازرگانی خارجی
- دارای مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته های مهندسی صنایع و MBA
- تسلط به مدیریت انبار و کنترل موجودی
- توانمندی بالا در مذاکره و عقد قراردادهای خارجی
- تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (مکاتبه و مذاکره حرفهای)
Description of duties and responsibilities: - management of import of goods, parts and raw materials - planning, control and optimization of foreign ordering processes, international transportation and clearance - logistics management, warehousing and inventory control with an approach to reduce costs and increase productivity - negotiation, evaluation and development of suppliers and foreign partners - definition, monitoring and reporting of performance indicators (KPI) of the supply chain - providing management and analytical reports to Senior management
Eligibility requirements:
- At least 5 years of related work experience in the field of supply chain, import and foreign trade
- Bachelor or master degree in industrial engineering and MBA
- Proficiency in warehouse management and inventory control
- High ability in negotiating and concluding foreign contracts
- Proficiency in English (professional correspondence and negotiation)
