Taline is a leading fintech platform in Iran, making gold investment simple, secure, and accessible for everyone. We are looking for a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the creative architect of our campaigns, responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling visual identities, ensuring brand consistency, and mentoring other designers. You will own the conceptualization and art direction for major campaigns and play a key role in elevating the Taline brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Visual Identity: Develop the core visual concept (Key Visual) and art direction for major marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and memorable look and feel across all channels.
- Brand Guardianship: Own, evolve, and enforce Taline’s brand visual guidelines across all marketing touchpoints to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
- Creative Ideation: Actively participate in campaign brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative visual ideas to the table and translating strategic briefs into tangible creative concepts.
- Art Direction: Create storyboards for video ads and guide external partners (e.g., video editors, agencies) to ensure their output aligns with our creative vision.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual work in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in developing a campaign’s visual identity from scratch.
- Proficiency in brand strategy, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions.
- Experience in the fintech or technology sector is highly desirable.
- A strategic mindset: you don’t just execute; you ask “why” and contribute to the bigger picture.
