Position: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive revenue generation strategy, ensuring the company hits its aggressive goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with marketing, and product teams to align strategies, drive user growth, and optimize revenue streams.
• Sales Leadership: Oversee and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of KPIs across all sales channels.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, ensuring the platform’s growth.
• Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Provide detailed revenue forecasts and reports to the executive team, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships and key alliances to enhance revenue and user acquisition.
Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in a senior sales leadership role or as a revenue officer, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong background in sales strategy, business development, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
