مسئولیت‌ها:
- نصب، راه‌اندازی، پشتیبانی و نگهداری از محصولات یا خدمات به فروش رسیده.
- مستندسازی و گزارش‌دهی وضعیت محصول یا سرویس.
- توسعه و پیاده‌سازی راهکارهای فناوری اطلاعات ارائه شده به مشتریان.
- آموزش و یادگیری مداوم در زمینه‌های مربوط به مهندسی شبکه و فناوری اطلاعات.
- همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای کسب و اجرای پروژه‌ها و بهبود فرآیندها.
دانش فنی مورد نیاز:
- مسلط به مفاهیم دوره +Network.
- مسلط به مفاهیم دوره CEH.
- مسلط به مفاهیم دوره CCNA Routing و Switching.
مهارت‌هایی که در طول همکاری فرا خواهید گرفت:
- تفکر امنیت و دفاع در عمق و اجرای آن.
- کار با فایروال‌ها.
- کار با نرم‌افزارهای امنیتی.
- کار با نرم‌افزارهای پایش عملکرد تجهیزات و سرویس‌ها.
شایستگی‌ها:
- داشتن انگیزه و علاقه به یادگیری و توسعه فردی.
- توانایی کار تیمی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
- توانایی کار با تجهیزات فناوری اطلاعات مانند سرورها، ذخیره‌سازها، روترها و سوئیچ‌ها.
- امکان حضور در سایت مشتری و توانایی فیزیکی جانمایی تجهیزات حوزه کار در رک.
- داشتن کارت پایان خدمت و معافیت دایم برای آقایان.
- سابقه کاری بیشتر از یک سال در حوزه IT امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
Required technical knowledge:
- Proficient in Network+ course concepts
- Proficient in CEH course concepts
- Proficient in CCNA Routing & Switching course concepts
Responsibilities:
- Installation, Launching, supporting and maintaining sold products/services
- Documentation and reporting of product/service status
- Development and implementation of information technology solutions provided to customers
- Continuous training and learning in the field related to network engineering and information technology
- Cooperation with different teams to acquire and implement projects and improve processes
Competencies:
- Having motivation and interest in learning and personal development
- The ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- The ability to work with information technology equipment such as servers, storage, routers and switches
- The ability to be present at the customer's site and the physical ability to place the work area equipment in the rack
- having a termination of service/permanent exemption card for men
- work experience of more than one year in the IT field is considered an advantage.
Skills you will learn during cooperation:
- Thinking Security and defense in depth and its implementation
- Work with firewalls
- Work with security software
- Work with equipment and service performance monitoring software
