شرح شغل:

• انجام تماس‌های تلفنی به مشتریان بالقوه و ارائه اطلاعات دقیق و کامل در مورد محصولات و خدمات.
• هدف‌گذاری برای دستیابی به تعداد معینی از تماس‌ها و فروش‌های موفق در روز.
• تماس‌های تلفنی روزانه با مشتریان احتمالی به منظور معرفی محصولات و خدمات شرکت.
• مرتب‌سازی اطلاعات مشتریان در سیستم و به‌روزرسانی منظم پایگاه داده.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف فروش.
• استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی برای پیدا کردن و جذب مشتریان جدید.
• ارائه گزارش‌های روزانه در مورد تماس‌ها و نتایج به مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی ترجیحاً در رشته‌های مهندسی برق، مهندسی الکترونیک یا مخابرات.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای آفیس مانند Excel و Word.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی عالی و توانایی برقراری ارتباط با افراد مختلف.
• تجربه کار با شبکه‌های اجتماعی و استفاده مؤثر از آن‌ها.
• با شخصیت و دارای روابط عمومی بالا.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• توانایی استدلال کلامی قوی و برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای بازاریابی ایمیلی.
