شایستگی های تخصصی:
حداقل 5 سال سابقه برنامهریزی در صنایع FMCG (دانش کافی در زمینههای سفارشگذاری، کنترل موجودی انبار، کنترل موجودی شعب، توزیع کالا بین شعب و برنامهریزی تولید)
مسلط کنترل موجودی شعب
دانش پیشرفته در زنجیره تامین، لجستیک و برنامهریزی منابع
تسلط به ابزارهای نرمافزاری برنامهریزی و سیستمهای ERP
توانایی تحلیل دادهها و پیشبینی نیازهای سفارش
توانایی ارتباط موثر درون سازمانی و برونسازمانی
تجربه کار با راهکاران
مسلط به اکسل و Power BI
توانایی کار با Python
شرایط احراز:
دقت و سازماندهی بالا
توانایی حل مسئله و تصمیمگیری تحت فشار
مهارتهای رهبری و توانایی هدایت تیم

Zal Iranian Industrial Group (Lamiz Coffee) is looking for a professional partner to improve the planning team, who will be with us in the new direction with creativity and skill to achieve goals and analyze data.
Specialized skills:
At least 5 years of planning experience in the FMCG industry (sufficient knowledge in the fields of ordering, warehouse inventory control, branch inventory control, product distribution between branches and production planning)
Master inventory control of branches
Advanced knowledge in supply chain, logistics and resource planning
Mastery of planning software tools and ERP systems
Ability to analyze data and forecast order needs
Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally
Experience working with solutions
Proficient in Excel and Power BI
Ability to work with Python
Qualifying conditions:
High accuracy and organization
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
Leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
Commitment to keep secrets and sensitive information of the company
Strong communication skills and inter-unit collaboration
At least 3 years of work experience in the FMCG industry (cafes and restaurants)
