Position: Lead AI
We are looking for a seasoned Lead AI to join our cutting-edge AI product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and reliable backend systems that power applications built on large language models (LLMs).
If you're passionate about RAG architecture, prompt engineering, agentic systems, and knowledge graphs, and have hands-on experience in these areas, this is a unique opportunity to work on innovative, production-grade AI products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI backend systems using Python and Fast API
- Architect and maintain high-performance, asynchronous, and scalable services
- Implement and optimize RAG architectures, prompt processing, and integration with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)
- Design databases and data pipelines using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Chroma, and ELK Stack
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to deliver industry-grade products
- Ensure best practices in microservice architecture, API Gateway, messaging systems (RabbitMQ, gRPC), and CI/CD
- Lead and mentor technical teams and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture
- Document architectural decisions and technical processes clearly
- Research and apply emerging technologies in Agentic Systems and Knowledge Graphs
- Contribute to DevOps processes and deploy in cloud environments using Docker
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and building APIs with Fast API
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., Open AI, Claude)
- Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and Lang Chain
- Proven experience designing asynchronous and scalable systems in production
- Expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Chroma, and the ELK Stack
- Skilled in containerization and deployment using Docker and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) in a cloud-agnostic manner
- In-depth understanding of microservice architecture, RabbitMQ, gRPC, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid grasp of design patterns and scalable system architecture principles
- Successful track record of leading technical teams and maintaining production-level systems
- Familiarity with Agentic Architectures and Knowledge Graph concepts
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI model lifecycle
- Experience with streaming data architectures (Kafka, Pulsar)
- Contributions to open-source AI/LLM projects
- Familiarity with C# .NET
