مدیر آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی | HR Training and Development Manager

مأموریت شغل:
طراحی، اجرا و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای منابع انسانی، سیستم‌های آموزش، توسعه شایستگی و یادگیری سازمانی با بهره‌گیری از هوش مصنوعی، داده‌محوری و فناوری‌های نوین به‌منظور افزایش بهره‌وری سرمایه انسانی و هم‌راستاسازی توانمندی کارکنان با اهداف استراتژیک سازمان.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
1- تدوین استراتژی آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی مبتنی بر اهداف کلان سازمان
2- پیاده‌سازی و استفاده از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در حوزه‌های زیر:
- نیازسنجی آموزشی هوشمند
- پیشنهاد مسیر یادگیری شخصی‌سازی‌شده (Personalized Learning Paths)
- تحلیل اثربخشی آموزش‌ها (Learning Analytics)
3- آموزش مدیران در زمینه:
- تفکر داده‌محور
- استفاده عملی از هوش مصنوعی در تصمیم‌گیری و مدیریت تیم‌ها
4- سنجش ROI آموزش‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت ارشد
5- بهبود مستمر فرآیندها بر اساس تحلیل داده و بازخورد
6- ترویج استفاده از ابزارهای دیجیتال و هوش مصنوعی در یادگیری

شرایط احراز:
1- توانایی کار عملی با ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی (نه صرفاً شناخت تئوریک)
2- تجربه استفاده از AI در حداقل یکی از موارد زیر:
- تحلیل داده‌های منابع انسانی (HR Analytics)
- طراحی یا شخصی‌سازی آموزش‌ها
- تولید محتوای آموزشی هوشمند
3- توانایی تعریف Use Caseهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش و توسعه
4- همکاری مؤثر با تیم IT برای پیاده‌سازی راهکارهای AI
5- آشنایی با مفاهیم:
- Machine Learning (در حد کاربردی)
- Prompt Engineering
- Ethics و امنیت داده در AI

Job Mission:
Design, implementation and continuous improvement of human resources processes, training systems, competency development and organizational learning using artificial intelligence, data-driven and new technologies in order to increase the productivity of human capital and align the capabilities of employees with the strategic goals of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Formulating the strategy of training and development of human resources based on the organization's major goals
2- Implementation and use of artificial intelligence tools in the following areas:
- Smart educational needs assessment
- Suggesting personalized learning paths (Personalized Learning Paths)
- Analysis of training effectiveness (Learning Analytics)
3- Manager training in the field of:
- Data-driven thinking
- Practical use of artificial intelligence in decision making and team management
4- Measuring ROI of trainings and presenting analytical reports to senior management
5- Continuous improvement of processes based on data analysis and feedback
6- Promoting the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in learning

Qualifying conditions:
1- The ability to work practically with artificial intelligence tools (not just theoretical knowledge)
2- Experience using AI in at least one of the following:
- HR Analytics
- Designing or personalizing trainings
- Production of intelligent educational content
3- The ability to define use cases of artificial intelligence in education and development
4- Effective cooperation with the IT team to implement AI solutions
5- Getting to know the concepts:
- Machine Learning (as applicable)
- Prompt Engineering
- Ethics and data security in AI
