آگهی استخدام: مدیر فروش B2C و B2B؛

ما به دنبال مدیر فروش حرفه‌ای با توانایی هدایت تیم فروش و افزایش بهره‌وری بیش از  سی کارشناس فروش تلفنی هستیم.

وظایف اصلی:

مدیریت تیم فروش تلفنی:

• افزایش توافقات B2B جهت تأمین لید برای کارشناسان.
• برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر عملکرد روزانه کارشناسان فروش.

تعیین اهداف و تارگت‌های فروش:

• تنظیم اهداف کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت برای تیم و نظارت بر تحقق آن‌ها.

افزایش بهره‌وری:

• آموزش، انگیزه‌بخشی و ارائه راهکارهای مؤثر برای بهبود عملکرد کارشناسان.

ارتباط با مشتریان:

• نظارت بر تماس‌های تلفنی و اطمینان از رضایت مشتریان و ارائه خدمات با کیفیت.

گزارش‌دهی:

• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم از عملکرد تیم و تحلیل نتایج فروش.

همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها:

• هماهنگی با واحد بازاریابی (مارکتینگ) برای تولید لید و افزایش فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• تحصیلات: حداقل کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت، بازاریابی یا مرتبط.
• تجربه کاری: حداقل 8 سال تجربه در فروش یا موقعیت مشابه.

• مهارت‌ها:

• توانایی هدایت تیم و افزایش بهره‌وری.
• مسلط به اصول فروش و مذاکره.
• توانایی مدیریت تارگت‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای CRM.
• ویژگی‌های شخصیتی: رهبری قوی، انگیزه‌بخش، منظم و توانمند در حل مسائل.
• فعال و پویا.

We are looking for a professional sales manager with the ability to lead a sales team and increase the productivity of more than 30 telesales experts.

Main duties:
1. Managing the telephone sales team:
• Increasing B2B agreements to provide leads for experts.
• Planning, directing and monitoring the daily performance of sales experts.
2. Determining goals and targets Sales:
• Setting short-term and long-term goals for the team and monitoring their realization.
3. Increasing productivity:
• Training, motivating and providing effective solutions to improve the performance of experts.
4. Communicating with customers:
• Monitoring phone calls and ensuring customer satisfaction and providing quality services.
5. Reporting:
• Preparing and presenting regular reports of team performance and analyzing results. Sales.
6. Cooperation with Other departments:
• Coordinate with the marketing unit to generate leads and increase sales.

Eligibility requirements:
• Education: minimum bachelor's degree in management, marketing or related fields.
> • Work experience: at least 8 years of experience in sales or a similar position.
• Skills:
• Ability to lead a team and increase productivity.
• Master the principles of sales and negotiation.
• Ability Management of targets and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
