About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer who is eager to expand into full-stack development while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency. In this role, you will work on scalable, high-performance APIs and server-side logic, while gradually transitioning into front-end development with mentorship and AI-assisted learning. You will collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and AI-driven automation to build and maintain robust systems.
Key Responsibilities
•    Back-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
•    Gradual Transition to Full-Stack: Gain hands-on experience in front-end development (React) through structured mentorship and AI-assisted learning.
•    AI-Powered Development: Utilize AI-enhanced coding tools (Cursor, CodeRabbit, Claude, Creatie, etc.) to improve development speed and efficiency.
•    Autonomous Execution: Independently define, build, test, and deploy features while collaborating with your business counterpart and adhering to high technical standards.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with your business counterpart to align technical execution with business goals.
•    Testing & Deployment: Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

•    Understanding of cloud environments, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
