About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating learning programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees.
You’ll play a key part in supporting our company’s strategic goals by empowering our people to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions, including e-learning courses and instructor-led sessions.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors and content providers.
- Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels (onboarding, leadership, soft skills, compliance, and systems training).
- Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and venue coordination.
- Administer and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) — upload content, assign courses, track completion, and generate reports.
- Analyze training metrics and feedback to continuously improve program quality, relevance, and impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to learning design.
- Passion for people development and continuous learning.
