- نظارت بر ارزیابی های کیفیت ، آزمایش ها و بازرسی ها در تمام مراحل تولید از مواد اولیه تا محصولات نهایی. مربی تیم QA/QC ، تقویت فرهنگ بهبود مستمر و پیروی از بهترین شیوه ها.
- اطمینان از پیروی از استانداردها و سیستم های مدیریت ایمنی ، زیست محیطی و کیفیت تیم ها برای پرداختن به مسائل کیفیت مواد/تجهیزات/خدمات پیمانکار.
بررسی و ارائه ورودی به ارزیابی های WO/TCP. تولید کنندگان ، سازندگان و ارائه دهندگان بازرسی شخص ثالث. صنعت گاز

The head of QA/QC at ZN Vostok (ZNV) leads the quality assurance and quality control functions within the production and engineering departments. This role is pivotal to ensuring product integrity and compliance with industry standards in oil and gas production, oil refining, and petrochemicals. Located in Tehran, this position demands strong leadership and a thorough understanding of engineering principles, particularly within materials and metallurgy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control strategies to meet company standards and industry regulations.
• Oversee quality assessments, tests, and inspections throughout all stages of production from raw materials to final products.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management standards and systems.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality issues.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, outlining insights and recommendations.
• Manage quality audits and ensure readiness for inspections by regulatory bodies and clients.
• Verify the inspection level of materials/equipment/contractor's services.
• Review and provide input into WO/TCP evaluations.
• Review and approve necessary construction contractor, vendors, and suppliers' documentation including ITPs and procedures.
• Assist with evaluation of materials suppliers, manufacturers, fabricators, and NDE/3rd party inspection providers.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Engineering fields with a focus on Materials or Metallurgy.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and control within the oil and gas industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
