یک شرکت بین‌المللی فعال در حوزه طراحی داخلی و BIM به‌دنبال جذب اسکرام مستر با روحیه‌ی مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا، تفکر تحلیلی، و توانایی مدیریت چندوظیفه‌ای به‌صورت کاملاً دورکار است.
این نقش شامل هماهنگی روزانه با مدیرعامل، مدیریت پروژه‌ها، برنامه‌ریزی، گزارش‌دهی، و استفاده از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی و اتوماسیون جهت بهینه‌سازی عملکرد سازمان می‌باشد.
شرح وظایف
برگزاری و تسهیل جلسات اسکرام روزانه (Daily Standups)، بازنگری (Retrospective) و برنامه‌ریزی اسپرینت‌ها (Sprint Planning)
اطمینان از اجرای مؤثر متدولوژی چابک (Agile) در تمامی پروژه‌ها
همکاری مستقیم و مستمر با مدیرعامل و پاسخ فوری به تماس‌ها و پیام‌ها
مدیریت تقویم پروژه‌ها، جلسات و اولویت‌های تیمی و سازمانی
پیگیری پروژه‌ها و مهلت‌ها جهت اطمینان از تحویل به‌موقع وظایف
انجام تحقیقات، تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و ارائه بینش‌های کاربردی برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیریتی
استفاده از ابزارهای AI و اتوماسیون برای بهبود فرایندهای چابک و افزایش بهره‌وری
حفظ محرمانگی کامل در تمامی امور (تعهدنامه NDA)
پشتیبانی از مدیرعامل در مدیریت بحران‌ها و تصمیم‌گیری‌های کلیدی
شرایط احراز
تحصیلات:
کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های MBA، مدیریت پروژه، مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات یا رشته‌های مرتبط
تجربه:
حداقل 5 سال سابقه در سمت‌های Executive Assistant یا Chief of Staff در شرکت‌های بین‌المللی یا استارتاپ‌های پویا
تجربه‌ی مستقیم در همکاری با مدیران ارشد و محیط‌های کاری با فشار بالا
زبان:
تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی (حداقل IELTS 6.5 یا TOEFL 90)
مهارت‌های تخصصی
تسلط به ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه مانند ClickUp، Asana، Teams یا Trello

Introducing a job position
An international company active in the field of interior design and BIM is seeking to recruit a Scrum Master with high responsibility analytical thinking and multitasking ability in a fully remote position
This role includes daily coordination with the CEO project management planning reporting and the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools to optimize organizational performance
Tasks Description
Facilitate and lead daily standups retrospectives and sprint planning meetings
Ensure the effective implementation of the Agile methodology across all projects
Collaborate directly and continuously with the CEO and provide immediate responses to calls and messages
Manage project calendars meetings and organizational priorities
Track projects and deadlines to ensure timely task delivery
Conduct research prepare analytical reports and provide actionable insights for executive decision making
Use AI and automation tools to enhance Agile processes and increase productivity
Maintain full confidentiality in all matters with a strong commitment to NDA
Support the CEO in crisis management and key decision making
Requirements
Education
Masters in MBA project management information technology management or related disciplines
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in executive assistant or chief of staff in international companies or dynamic startups
Direct experience in collaborating with senior executives and high pressure work environments
Language
Full fluency in English at least IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90
Technical Skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp Asana Teams or Trello
Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier Make Integromat or Power Automate
Strong research and analytical reporting abilities
Understanding of AI prompting concepts and artificial intelligence research
Proficiency in digital productivity tools and team organization systems
Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
