ویژگیهای فردی و مهارتی مورد نیاز:
فن بیان قوی و توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر با مشتریانصبر و توانایی کنترل شرایط بحرانی یا مشتریان ناراضی.روحیه کار تیمی و تعامل سازنده با همکاران.انگیزه بالا، پیگیر و مسئولیتپذیر.توانایی برنامهریزی و اولویتبندی وظایف.ظاهر مرتب و آراسته، متناسب با محیط کاری.آشنایی با اصول مذاکره، متقاعدسازی و فروش.
شرایط احراز:
5 سال سابقه کار حرفهای در فروش، بازاریابی یا ارتباط با مشتری.مسلط به نرمافزارهای اداری (آفیس و کار با کامپیوتر).تجربه در فروش خدمات یا محصولات مرتبط با حوزه مالی یا سرمایهگذاری (ارجحیت دارد).مدرک مورد نیاز: حداقل دیپلم.
