شرح شغل:

• تحلیل نیازمندی‌ها و طراحی راهکارها ـ تعامل با کاربران برای سفارشی‌سازی سیستم.
• پیاده‌سازی و پیکربندی ERP ـ تجربه در تنظیمات سیستم بر اساس نیازهای سازمان.
• مدیریت کاربران و امنیت سیستم ـ کنترل دسترسی‌ها و سطوح امنیتی.
• مدیریت تغییر و آموزش کاربران ـ آموزش کارکنان و مستندسازی.

مهارت‌های فنی:

• مسلط به Dynamics NAV/Business Central ـ شامل ماژول‌های مالی، منابع انسانی و حقوق و دستمزد.
• مسلط به SQL Server و مدیریت پایگاه داده ـ درک ساختار دیتابیس، نوشتن کوئری‌های T-SQL و بهینه‌سازی پایگاه داده.
• مسلط به Power BI و SSRS ـ برای طراحی گزارشات و تحلیل داده‌ها.
• مسلط به وب‌سرویس‌ها و APIها ـ برای یکپارچه‌سازی با سایر سیستم‌ها.
• مسلط به ETL و انتقال داده‌ها ـ تجربه در Data Migration از سیستم‌های دیگر به NAV.
• مسلط به مدیریت و پیکربندی سرور Dynamics NAV.
• درک فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار ـ شامل مالی، منابع انسانی و حقوق و دستمزد و غیره.

Technical Skills:
• Mastery of Dynamics Nav/Business Central-including financial modules, human resources and salary
• SQL Server and database management-understanding the database structure, writing T-SQL queries and optimization of database
• Power Bi and SSRS-for designing and analyzing data
Integration with other systems
• ETL and data transfer - Experience in Data Migration from other systems to Nav
• Managing and configuring Dynamics NAV
Business and Functional Skills:
• Understanding business processes - including financial, human resources and salaries and ... System
