• هماهنگی ورود مهمان‌های خارج از شرکت با مدیران، حراست و پاسخگویی به مراجعین و مدعوین محترم.
• ثبت درخواست و هماهنگی لازم در خصوص اسنپ ماشین و موتور و ارسال بسته‌ها.

• هماهنگی جلسات و اطمینان از آماده بودن تشریفات و تجهیزات آن قبل از برگزاری جلسات برنامه‌ریزی‌شده.
• نگهداری و بایگانی مستندات کاغذی و الکترونیکی دریافتی و ارسالی نظیر.
• برنامه‌ریزی و ارائه گزارش‌های موردنیاز به سرپرت مربوطه.
• رسیدگی به نظم، نظافت و عملکرد نیروهای خدمات.
