شرح شغل:

• توسعه روابط با مشتریان جدید و فعلی.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های فروش و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب به مشتریان.
• پیگیری و نظارت بر روند فروش از ابتدای تعامل تا پایان فرآیند.
• همکاری با تیم خدمات پس از فروش برای اطمینان از رضایت مشتریان.
• تحقیق و تحلیل بازار برای شناسایی روندهای نوظهور و فرصت‌های جدید.

شرایط احراز:

• فن بیان قوی و توانایی متقاعدسازی مشتریان.
• تجربه کار در محیط‌های فروش و بازاریابی.

Our company in Tehran is looking for a sales expert to join our telephone sales and after sales service team. The selected person will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and must have strong persuasive and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying opportunities sales and providing appropriate solutions to customers
- Follow up and monitor the sales process from the beginning of the interaction to the end of the process
- Cooperate with the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Market research and analysis to identify Emerging trends and new opportunities

Competencies:
- Having education in management, commerce or business
- Having strong communication skills and the ability to convince customers
- Experience working in sales environments and marketing
