*Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of our Business Applications, Data Analytics and Digital Experience Team. This strategic role is critical to the success of the projects and requires a proven leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex applications and systems specially ERP implementations, specifically following a strict template-based approach in an FMCG or similar environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's scope, timeline, budget, and resources while ensuring strong collaboration between the Digital & Technology team, corporate functions, and business stakeholders to achieve a successful Go-Live and realize the intended business benefits.
*Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead the entire project lifecycle from preparation and gap analysis through design, build, testing, deployment, and post Go-Live hyper-care support.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business leads (Finance, Controlling, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR), and the D&T team. Facilitate clear and consistent communication.
• Scope & Change Management: Champion the "Fit-to-Template" approach. Rigorously manage project scope, ensuring any deviations (gaps) are properly identified, evaluated, and approved by the steering committee before implementation.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project resources, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on track for its entire timeline.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish strong project governance frameworks. Provide regular, accurate status reports to the steering committee and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions needed.
• Change Management & Training Coordination: Work closely with Corporate Teams to ensure effective change management, user training, and adoption strategies are executed, driving business readiness.
*Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience with a "template-based" or "Fit-to-Standard" rollout approach, minimizing customizations.
• Strong functional knowledge of key ERP modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Procurement).
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
*Plus:
• Experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, or related industry.
• ERP implementation/rollout projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with legacy system decommissioning.
• International project experience.
