The role – the Executive Assistant is a key role in dot air business. The role coordinates the work of the Executive office and Senior Management Team and is responsible for the overall management of the Executive Director General Office. The Executive Office Manager is expected to manage the daily activities of the office and liaise with all external clients, ensuring a professional level of service and support to the Director-General, the DMD and other critical managers. The role will work under direct supervision of the Director General and in close collaboration with the senior leadership team for Divisions, Projects and Programme Support.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Accountable Manager schedule to coordinate meeting, appointments, and other arrangement;
- Communication handling to act as the point of contact between DMDs, Managers and facilitate communication between The AM and DMDs, Managers, staff and others;
- Meeting preparation to prepare, presentation, report, and take minutes during meeting;
- Project coordination to assist in managing and tacking strategies project and initiatives across department;
- Information management to handle confidential information with discretion and ensure effective information flow;
- Follow up and task management to ensure timely follow up on AM action item and decisions;
- Office administration to oversee or support the AM daily operation;
- Public relation support to coordinate communication between the airline and media, draft or review official statements and speeches for the AM, to manage and control Emergency response plan;
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Public Relations or related field;
- or Master’s degree (MBA or Similar) is a plus;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure;
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities;
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, power point…);
- Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, document management, and communication;
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in executive support, office management;
