We're seeking a creative and organized Content Marketing Manager to lead the planning, creation, and distribution of multi-format content across all our marketing channels. This role requires a storyteller who understands how to align content with brand, product, and business goals — and can manage writers, designers, and editors to get it done.
You’ll own the content calendar, drive engagement across platforms, and ensure every piece of content reflects our brand voice and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities ?
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
- Plan, produce, and manage written content (blogs, newsletters, SEO articles, landing pages).
- Oversee production of video content (explainer videos, testimonials, reels, etc.) in collaboration with video editors or agencies.
- Manage creation of visual content (infographics, social media graphics, slide decks, etc.) with designers.
- Coordinate and maintain a content calendar across all channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Repurpose and localize content for different platforms and audiences.
- Analyze content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with product, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or media production.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end content production across formats (text, video, visuals).
- Experience working with creative teams (writers, videographers, designers) and/or freelancers.
- B2B or tech startup experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Persian is a plus).
- Understanding of SEO, content analytics, and content distribution strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Canva, Figma, Google Docs, WordPress, Semrush/Ahrefs, and analytics platforms.
- Comfortable managing content workflows and deadlines.
