نماینده علمی | Medical Representative

شرح شغل:

• کسب اطلاعات علمی در رابطه با محصولات شرکت و به‌روز کردن اطلاعات.
• ویزیت هدفمند پزشکان و داروخانه‌ها با هدف تجویز محصولات شرکت.
• ارائه گزارش به طور منظم.
• نظارت بر عملکرد رقبا و استراتژی آن‌ها.
• برگزاری جلسات و سمینارهای علمی برای معرفی محصولات شرکت.
• بررسی منظم آمار فروش برای اطمینان از پیش رفتن مطابق با اهداف.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته زیست‌شناسی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• مهارت‌های ارتباط کلامی.
• مهارت مدیریت زمان.
• مهارت کار تیمی.
• تجربه کاری به عنوان نماینده علمی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی و کار با کامپیوتر مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

• Regular visits to doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement.
• Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists.
• Provide regular reports
• Get market feedback.
• Maximize efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area.
• Solve any problems with doctors and pharmacists within the assigned area.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure product loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology and related fields.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a relevant healthcare field is preferred.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferably fluent in English.
• Preferably good command of MS Office.
