یک شرکت معتبر دارویی در جزیره کیش از یک مدیر فنی با شرایط ذیل دعوت به همکاری می کند
شرکت داروسازی کیش مدیفارم جهت تقویت تیم فنی خود، از یک مدیر فنی مجرب در حوزه تعمیرات و نگهداری تجهیزات داروسازی دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید. فرد منتخب مسئول برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های فنی مرتبط با نصب، راه‌اندازی، نگهداری و بهینه‌سازی تجهیزات تولید، utility و تاسیسات کارخانه خواهد بود تا از عملکرد پایدار، ایمن و منطبق بر استانداردهای GMP اطمینان حاصل شود.
وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه (Preventive Maintenance) و اصلاحی (Corrective Maintenance) برای تجهیزات تولید و تاسیسات
• نظارت بر تعمیر، نصب و راه‌اندازی انواع دستگاه‌های خطوط تولید، بسته‌بندی، HVAC، بویلر، کمپرسور و سیستم‌های جانبی
• مدیریت تیم فنی شامل تکنسین‌ها و مهندسان تعمیرات و نگهداری
• تهیه و به‌روزرسانی مستندات فنی، SOPها، چک‌لیست‌ها و سوابق نگهداری طبق الزامات GMP
• همکاری با واحدهای تولید، کنترل کیفیت و تضمین کیفیت جهت کاهش زمان توقف خطوط و رفع سریع مشکلات فنی
• مدیریت موجودی قطعات یدکی و سفارش تجهیزات مورد نیاز
• مشارکت در پروژه‌های بهبود بهره‌وری و نوسازی تجهیزات
• اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای ایمنی، بهداشت و زیست‌محیطی در تمام فعالیت‌های فنی
• همکاری با شرکت‌های تامین‌کننده خدمات فنی و پیمانکاران بیرونی در صورت نیاز
شرایط احراز:
• مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی مکانیک، برق
• حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در صنعت داروسازی یا صنایع مشابه (ترجیحاً با تجربه مدیریت تیم فنی)
• آشنایی کامل با تجهیزات و سیستم‌های تاسیساتی رایج در کارخانه‌های دارویی
• تسلط به مفاهیم و الزامات GMP و مستندسازی فنی
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت هم‌زمان چند پروژه
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت نگهداری (CMMS) مزیت محسوب می‌شود
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی، رهبری و تصمیم‌گیری قوی

The selected person will be responsible for planning, directing and supervising all technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, maintenance and optimization of production equipment, utilities and factory facilities to ensure stable, safe and compliant operation with GMP standards. Installations
• Supervise the repair, installation and commissioning of all types of production line devices, packaging, HVAC, boilers, compressors and ancillary systems
• Management of the technical team including maintenance and repair technicians and engineers
• Preparation and updating of technical documentation, SOPs, checklists and maintenance records according to GMP requirements
• Cooperation with production, quality control and quality assurance units to reduce line downtime and quickly solve problems Technical
• Managing spare parts inventory and ordering required equipment
• Participation in productivity improvement and equipment renovation projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards in all technical activities
• Cooperation with technical service providers and external contractors if needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical, electrical engineering
• At least 10 years of related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar industries (preferably with Technical team management experience)
• Thorough familiarity with common equipment and installation systems in pharmaceutical factories
• Mastery of GMP concepts and requirements and technical documentation
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills
