Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Team Support and Coaching: Guide the team in self-organization and help remove obstacles.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the Scrum process for better efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like velocity and burn-down charts.
- Agile Mentorship: Mentor team members on Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact sprint goals.
- Collaboration: Foster open communication and ensure team alignment with sprint objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with proven success in software development.
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required; additional Agile certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Project Management Tools: Proficient in Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Metrics Analysis: Ability to analyze Agile metrics for performance tracking.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Effective in quickly identifying and addressing issues.
