ما به‌دنبال یک مدیر ناحیه‌ای باتجربه، متعهد و نتیجه‌گرا هستیم که بتواند مسئولیت نظارت بر عملکرد شعب در ناحیه مشخص‌شده را برعهده بگیرد و در بهبود بهره‌وری، توسعه بازار و افزایش فروش نقش مؤثری ایفا کند.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت بر عملکرد شعب ناحیه و اطمینان از تحقق اهداف فروش و عملیات.
• تحلیل داده‌های منطقه‌ای و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیریت ارشد.
• رهبری و توسعه تیم‌های فروش و عملیات.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های بازار و اجرای استراتژی‌های توسعه.
• همکاری مؤثر با واحدهای مختلف برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمان.
• مدیریت بودجه ناحیه و بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مدیریت، بازرگانی یا حوزه‌های مرتبط.
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (حداقل سطح B2).
• حداقل 5 سال سابقه در سمت‌های مدیریتی، ترجیحاً در حوزه فروش.
• توانمندی بالا در رهبری تیم، ارتباط مؤثر و تصمیم‌گیری مستقل.
• آشنایی کامل با ابزارهای تحلیل داده و تهیه گزارش.
• مهارت در تفکر انتقادی و مدیریت بحران.
• آمادگی برای سفرهای کاری در سطح منطقه.

We are looking for an experienced, committed, and results-driven regional manager to oversee branch performance in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise branch operations within the region and ensure sales and operational targets are met.
• Analyze regional data and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Lead and develop sales and operations teams.
• Identify market opportunities and implement regional growth strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage the regional budget and optimize operational costs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (at least level B2).
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles, preferably in sales.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and independent decision-making skills.
• Full proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
• Ability to think critically and manage crises.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
