شرکت ایوان فناوری و نوآوری افرا با همکاری سازمان پژوهش‌‌های علمی و صنعتی ایران به‌منظور تکمیل کادر فنی پروژه‌ در حوزه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر اقدام به جذب یک کارشناس مکانیک حرارت و سیالات نیروگاه با تخصص در تحلیل حرارتی نموده است. تمرکز اصلی این موقعیت طراحی اولیه، مدل‌سازی و بهینه‌سازی عملکرد نیروگاه با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی و داده‌های عملکردی متغیر است.
تبصـره: این شغل و شرح خدمات مرتبط با آن در قالب یک همکاری تمام وقت انجام خواهد شد. در ادامه و با آغاز عملیاتی فرایند طراحی پروژه در صورت رضایت طرفین از همکاری و متناسب با شرایط موجود همکاری ادامه خواهد یافت.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
• گردآوری مستندات فنی، بررسی مقالات و گزارش‌های فنی، تحلیل مهندسی و تهیه گزارش‌ها.
• تحلیل عملکرد نیروگاه حرارتی خورشیدی (CSP) در شرایط محیطی و عملکردی مختلف.
• انجام تحلیل حساسیت و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه‌سازی طراحی برای نیروگاه CSP.
• انجام برآورد مالی و متره پروژه بر پایه طراحی اولیه انجام شده.
• مدل‌سازی ترمودینامیکی نیروگاه خورشیدی حرارتی نوع CSP با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای تجاری SolarPILOT و SAM
• تحلیل نتایج حاصل از مطالعات به منظور استخراج ساز و کارها و تأثیر پارامترهای اصلی طراحی.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی انرژی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• آشنا با نرم‌افزارهای لازم (مورد اشاره در بخش وظایف).
• امتیاز ویژه برای تسلط به زبان برنامه‌نویسی (ترجیحاً Python).
• قدرت یادگیری سریع نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی نیروگاه CSP به ویژه SAM (System Advisor Model) و SolarPILOT.
• درک عمیقی از مفاهیم ترمودینامیک، نیروگاه‌های حرارتی و انرژی‌های نو.
• آشنایی نسبی با توربین‌های بخار، مبدل‌های حرارتی و ژنراتورهای نیروگاهی.
• مهارت متوسط به بالا در زبان انگلیسی (آشنایی با زبان چینی مزیت محسوب می‌شود).
• روحیه یادگیری، حل مسئله و انعطاف در پروژه‌های مهندسی چندبخشی با زمان‌بندی محدود.
• قابلیت همکاری با تیم‌های چندرشته‌ای برای رفع مشکلات فنی اضطراری در شرایط عملیاتی.
• علاقه به توسعه فردی در حوزه تحلیل نیروگاه‌های تجدیدپذیر با تمرکز بر انرژی حرارتی خورشیدی.

In order to complete the project's technical staff in the field of renewable energy, Afra's Afra Technology and Innovation Company, in cooperation with Iran's Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, has recruited an expert in thermal mechanics and power plant fluids with expertise in thermal analysis. The main focus of this position is preliminary design, modeling and optimization of power plant performance using specialized software and variable performance data.
Comment: This job and related service description will be done in the form of a full-time collaboration. In the continuation and with the operational start of the project design process, if the parties are satisfied with the cooperation and according to the existing conditions, the cooperation will continue.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Collecting technical documents, reviewing articles and technical reports, engineering analysis and preparing reports.
• Analyzing the performance of the solar thermal power plant (CSP) in different environmental and functional conditions.
• Performing sensitivity analysis and providing design optimization solutions for the CSP power plant. Done. Thermodynamic modeling of CSP thermal solar power plant using SolarPILOT and SAM commercial software. Analyzing the results of studies in order to extract mechanisms and the effect of the main design parameters. Required specialized skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering or related fields. Familiar with the necessary software (mentioned in the tasks section). (preferably Python).
• Ability to quickly learn CSP power plant specialized software, especially SAM (System Advisor Model) and SolarPILOT.
• Deep understanding of the concepts of thermodynamics, thermal power plants and new energies.
• Relative familiarity with steam turbines, heat exchangers and power plant generators. Multi-departmental engineering with limited time.
• Ability to cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to solve emergency technical problems in operational conditions.
• Interest in personal development in the field of analysis of renewable power plants with a focus on solar thermal energy.
