Job Description:
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and client status.
- Respond to client inquiries accurately, promptly, and with a supportive attitude.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones are met and required documents are collected.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records in tracking systems.
- Create and update internal documentation, FAQs, and templates to enhance client experience.
- Prepare and manage documents, lists, and relevant materials as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – part of the interview will be conducted in English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive communicator with a professional, friendly approach.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in account management, client relations, or other customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools.
