مهندس پلیمر | Polymer Engineer

شرکت آریا شیمی، فعال در صنعت کشاورزی، به دنبال جذب یک مهندس پلیمر متخصص در زمینه کنترل کیفیت و بازرسی برای پیوستن به تیم خود در زاهدان است. این نقش نیازمند توانایی مدیریت فرآیندهای تولید و انجام تست‌های آزمایشگاهی، با تمرکز بر دستگاه‌های بلومولدینگ، تزریق و اکسترودرها می‌باشد.

مسئولیت ها:

- مدیریت و نظارت بر فرایندهای تولید دستگاه‌های بلومولدینگ، تزریق و اکسترودر

- انجام و تحلیل تست‌های آزمایشگاهی برای فرآیندهای مذکور

- پیاده‌سازی و نظارت بر استانداردهای صنعتی مربوط به انواع لوله

- همکاری موثر با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها

- ارائه گزارشات فنی و تحلیل داده‌ها برای بهبود عملکرد

شایستگی ها:

- حداقل مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی مواد و پلیمر (اولویت با رشته های مهندسی پلیمر)

- توانایی کنترل فرآیندهای تولید و انجام تست‌های آزمایشگاهی

- آشنایی با استانداردهای صنعت انواع لوله

- روحیه کاری پویا و توانایی کار تیمی

- مهارت در تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارشات فنی

- توانایی ارائه راهکارهای نوآورانه و حل مسائل

Aria Chemical Company, active in the agricultural industry, is looking to recruit a polymer engineer specializing in quality control and inspection to join its team in Zahedan. This role requires the ability to manage production processes and perform laboratory tests, focusing on blow molding, injection and extruders.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring the production processes of blow molding, injection and extruder devices
- Conducting and analyzing laboratory tests for said processes
- Implementing and monitoring industrial standards related to pipe types
- Effective collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes
- Presentation Technical reports and data analysis to improve performance

Competencies:
- Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree in materials and polymer engineering (Preference with polymer engineering fields)
- Ability to control production processes and perform laboratory tests
- Familiarity with the industry standards of all types of pipes
- Dynamic work spirit and ability to work in a team
- Skill in data analysis and presentation of technical reports
- Ability to provide innovative solutions and solve problems
