گروه هاروتس به دنبال یک مدیر مهندسی اتوماسیون ماهر برای ارتقای سطح برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه در صنعت نفت و گاز، پالایش نفت و پتروشیمی می باشد. این نقش شامل نظارت بر پروژه‌های اتوماسیون، اطمینان از راه‌حل‌های کارآمد و نوآورانه مطابق با استانداردهای صنعت، و ترویج فرهنگ بهبود مستمر است.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- هدایت طراحی و اجرای سیستم‌های اتوماسیون در راستای استانداردهای صنعت و اهداف شرکت.
- توسعه و اجرای طرح‌های دقیق پروژه‌ها، حصول اطمینان از زمان کارآمدی پروژه‌ها. با تیم‌های متقابل برای شناسایی و رسیدگی به چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های اتوماسیون.
- تمرکز قوی بر ایمنی، امنیت و قابلیت اطمینان در فرآیندها و سیستم‌های اتوماسیون داشته باشید.
- از ابتکارات تحول دیجیتال، ترکیب جدیدترین فن‌آوری‌ها و متدولوژی‌ها در پروژه‌ها حمایت کنید.
- محیطی مشارکتی و نوآورانه تیم را با مشاوره و پشتیبانی از اعضای تیم تقویت کنید. استانداردهای امنیت سایبری و شیوه های طراحی سیستم ایمن.
مدرک تحصیلی:
- مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی، ترجیحاً برق، الکترونیک یا مخابرات.
- تجربه ثابت شده در مدیریت مهندسی اتوماسیون، به ویژه در برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه در صنایع مربوطه.
- آشنایی با زبان های برنامه نویسی iec. ابزارها و مدل سازی سیستم.
- دانش قوی در مورد استانداردهای امنیت سایبری صنعتی و طراحی سیستم ایمن.
- تسلط به زبان انگلیسی، با عربی به عنوان امتیاز.

- Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and secure system design practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronic, or Telecom.
- Proven experience in automation engineering management, particularly in project planning and control within relevant industries.
- Familiarity with IEC programming languages such as Structured Text and Ladder Logic.
- Proficient in model-based design, simulation tools, and system modeling.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cybersecurity standards and secure system design.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic as a plus.
