رئیس نگهداری و تعمیرات | Maintenance and Repairs Manager

شرکت شفیق به دنبال یک مدیر تعمیرات و نگهداری می‌باشد که مسئولیت برنامه‌ریزی، هماهنگی و اجرای فعالیت‌های تعمیر و نگهداری برای تضمین عملکرد کارآمد تجهیزات و ماشین‌آلات را بر عهده بگیرد. این نقش در اصفهان مستقر است و مسئول بهبود فرآیندهای موجود، کاهش خرابی‌ها و تضمین عملکرد بهینه است.

مسئولیت ها:
- برنامه ریزی و اجرای فعالیت های نگهداری و تعمیرات پیشگیرانه، اصلاحی و پیش بینانه تجهیزات و ماشین آلات صنعتی
- مدیریت و سرپرستی تیم فنی (برق، مکانیک، ابزار دقیق) جهت اجرای مؤثر فرآیندهای تعمیر و نگهداری
- نظارت بر بهره‌برداری از تجهیزات و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای ایمنی و کیفیت
- کاهش توفقات اضطراری خطوط تولید و افزایش دسترس پذیری تجهیزات
- تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های عملکرد و ارائه گزارش‌های عملکردی
- هماهنگی با سایر واحدها (تولید، برنامه ریزی و HSE) برای اطمینان از پایداری و بهره‌وری خطوط تولید
- شناسایی علل ریشه ای خرابی ها و اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی
- کنترل هزینه های نگهداری و تعمیرات و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه سازی هزینه ها

شایستگی ها:
- مدرک کارشناسی مهندسی مکانیک
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه نگهداری و تعمیرات تجهیزات و ماشین آلات صنعتی
- حداقل 2 سال سابقه مدیریتی یا سرپرستی تیم های فنی
- تسلط بر مفاهیم و فرآیندهای CM, PM, PDM
- توانایی برنامه ریزی تعمیرات اساسی و مدیریت توفقات تولید
- توانایی تهیه گزارش های فنی و مدیریتی و ارائه به مدیریت ارشد
- مهارت رهبری تیم، حل مسئله و تصمیم گیری در شرایط بحرانی
- تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت و اکسل
- آشنایی با سیستم‌های PLC (دلتا) و برنامه‌ریزی PM
- توانایی مدیریت و رهبری تیم

Shafiq Company is looking for a maintenance and repair manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery. This role is based in Isfahan and is responsible for improving existing processes, reducing breakdowns and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance and repair activities for industrial equipment and machinery
- Management and supervision of the technical team (electrical, mechanical, precision instruments) for the effective implementation of maintenance processes
- Monitoring the operation of equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Reducing emergency incidents of production lines and increasing the availability of equipment
- Analyzing performance data and presenting performance reports
- Coordination with other units (production, planning and HSE) to ensure the stability and efficiency of production lines
- Identifying the root causes of breakdowns and implementing corrective measures
- Controlling maintenance and repair costs and providing cost optimization solutions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of related work experience in the field of maintenance and Repairs of industrial equipment and machinery
- At least 2 years of managerial experience or supervision of technical teams
- Mastery of CM, PM, PDM concepts and processes
- Ability to plan major repairs and manage production failures
- Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports and present to senior management
- Team leadership skills, problem solving and decision-making in critical situations
- Experience working with management software and Excel
- Familiarity with PLC systems (Delta) and Planning PM
