رئیس بودجه و گزارشات مالی | Budget & Reporting Chief

شرح شغل:

• هدایت فرآیند بودجه‌ریزی سالانه و میان‌دوره‌ای و هماهنگی با بخش‌های مختلف سازمان برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و تحلیل‌های لازم.
• ارائه راهنمایی به تیم‌ها و واحدهای مختلف برای بودجه‌ریزی و پیش‌بینی دقیق و منسجم.
• تهیه گزارشات مالی و مدیریتی به‌صورت منظم و تحلیل اختلافات میان بودجه و عملکرد واقعی.
• ارائه تحلیل‌های عمقی از روندها و شاخص‌های مالی جهت پشتیبانی از تصمیم‌گیری استراتژیک مدیریت ارشد.
• ارزیابی و کنترل هزینه‌ها و تطابق آن‌ها با بودجه‌های تعیین‌شده، و گزارش‌دهی در صورت وجود هرگونه مغایرت.
• نظارت بر صحت و یکپارچگی داده‌های مالی و همکاری با واحد حسابداری برای تضمین ثبت دقیق تراکنش‌ها.
• بررسی و بهبود فرآیندهای بودجه‌ریزی و گزارش‌دهی در راستای افزایش کارآیی و دقت.
• همکاری با تیم‌های فناوری اطلاعات و BI برای نظارت و توسعه سیستم‌های گزارش‌دهی مالی و بودجه‌ریزی.
