• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in export management, preferably within the metals or mining industry.


• Strong knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and logistics.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven export strategies.


• Proficiency in English and Russian.


• Knowledge of Arabic and Turkish is considered an advantage.


• Experience in the metals and mining industry is a hiring priority.
