In this position, you will act as the bridge between the Product, Technology, and Sales teams — using data, process insight, and user understanding to help optimize customer experience and drive online insurance growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven improvement strategies.
- Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technology).
- Design and interpret performance reports and key metrics (KPIs) to support management decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to define new features and evaluate digital insurance performance.
- Translate customer feedback and data into actionable insights for business growth.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving approach.
- Is skilled in process documentation and familiar with analytical tools.
- Communicates effectively and can bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Previous experience in insurance, fintech, or digital product environments is a strong plus.
