Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Python applications and libraries focused on AI and ML solutions in:
- LLM
- Speech Recognition
- Text to Speech
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features and services.
- Keep up to date with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure the development of state-of-the-art solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms and develop new approaches to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and API references.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Proficiency in AI and ML technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience working with data processing and analysis tools, such as NumPy, Pandas, or SciPy.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
