Requirements: 

• Bring 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, with a proven track record in senior-level responsibilities. 
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance managemenmanagement and legal compliance.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Offer a proven ability to mentor and guide junior HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team dynamic.
