وظایف
پاسخگویی به تماس‌های تلفنی و انتقال پیام‌ها به افراد مربوطه
پاسخگویی به ارباب رجوع حضوری
آرشیو و نگهداری نامه‌ها، ایمیل‌ها و مستندات
پرینت، دسته‌بندی و بایگانی اسناد و پرونده‌های پرسنلی به صورت فیزیکی و الکترونیکی
مسلط به کامپیوتر و مجموعه‌ی نرم‌افزاری آفیس شامل ورد، اکسل
آشنایی با برنامه‌های حضور و غیاب و تردد پرسنل مزیت محسوب می‌شود

Qualifying conditions:
Resident of West Tehran is preferred
Organized, reliable, friendly, well-dressed and polite with good public relations
Completion of education (not a student or not intending to continue studying), preferably a bachelor's degree
Not depending on the use of a personal cell phone during company working hours
Ability to work in a group and team
No problem with overtime on some days
Strong communication skills and good public relations
Appearance and Reasonable
Motivated, energetic and responsible
Familiar with social networks

Duties
Answering phone calls and conveying messages to relevant people
Responding to clients in person
Archive and storage of letters, emails and documents
Printing, sorting and archiving documents and personnel files in physical and electronic form
Proficient in computers and the Office Word software suite, including Excel
Familiarity with attendance and absence programs and personnel traffic is considered an advantage
