We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Charter Flight Supply to oversee and manage the procurement and coordination of charter flights. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, optimal supplier relationships, and meeting client expectations with cost-effective and reliable flight solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with charter flight operators and suppliers.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost and quality.Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to expand the supply network.Manage the sourcing and scheduling of charter flights based on client requirements.Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Resolve operational issues and handle contingencies with minimal disruption.Monitor market trends, demand, and pricing in the charter flight industry.Provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and client offerings.Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.Provide timely updates on flight availability, costs, and schedules.Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, flight bookings, and cost analyses.Prepare regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement.Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline charter flight supply operations.Stay informed on industry regulations and adapt processes as needed.Requirments:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.3+ years of experience in aviation, supply chain, or charter flight operations.Proven track record in supplier management and procurement.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.Proficiency in using flight management software and tools.Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis.Familiarity with international charter flight markets and regulations.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
